🖤🤍 St James park 🖤🤍

A gig I’ve dreamed about for so long. To have finally experienced it has got me on cloud nine and I cannot be more grateful to this amazing lad and his band for always delivering an excellent show.

To many people he’s just a Geordie with a guitar but to myself and so many others he’s so much more, he’s a shinning light in this crazy world we live in.

Best believe there was not a dry eye when the encore happened 🤣 Thank you Newcastle thank you @sam_fender @deanedwardthompson @dru_michael @johnnybluehat @brookebentham @joeatkinsern @tomungerer @markwebbtrumpet 🖤🤍

Still don’t believe Leeds fest was real. Won’t forget that Saturday morning after catfish asking Callum ‘who’s left for us to see out of the big bands now surely we’ve done the lot now?’ Little did we know . . .

Meet Callum……

This lads dedication these last couple of months has been amazing

And his results are well deserved

Callum has been with me for 1-1 PT for a couple of months now

When he first started with me

We didn’t get onto the best of starts

His sessions were going amazingly

But Callum just didn’t have the drive or motivation to do his part outside of the 1-1’s

This resulted in the first couple of months leading to minimal progress

Still progress

But we both knew he could do
One day

Callum tells me he is going on holiday
And all of a sudden

The drive was there

This is when the progress started

He began to:
-hit at least 4 sessions a week by himself not including his 1-1 with me
-focus on his protein targets to improve his muscle mass
-drink more water daily
-track his workouts and focus on progressive overload

As a result, he has:
-gained massive amounts of size and strength
-increased his numbers on the scale
-developed a sustainable routine to assure progress towards his goals
-gained a large amount of knowledge and understanding on training and diet

His progress speaks for itself

All he needed was that little spark

He now plans to continue this lifestyle as he has finally seen the benefits from it

And has bags of confidence while he is on his holiday!

I’m so proud to see what he as achieved not only as a client, but as a mate

Happy lifting, Ben :)🔥
