What starts in the fields of Upstate New York, ends up in your hands.

Every ingredient I use is intentionally chosen.
Not just for quality, but for purpose.

When I selected our pumpkin seeds from New York, I didn’t just look at the product, I looked at the people behind it, their values, and the care they put into their work.

The same goes for every ingredient:
locally sourced maple for our maple-sweetened version,
organic vanilla bean powder of exceptional quality,
and minimally processed Maldon salt.

I choose beyond brands.
I choose with passion, purpose, and respect for the work behind every ingredient.

✨Friendly reminder: choosing ingredients from local farms supports honest, admirable work — and keeps real food alive.✨

🎃🍌 Pumpkin Banana Bread with Apple Cider Glaze
Support Gut Health & Hormone Balance

This recipe truly excites me because it’s built around one powerful, underrated superfood: pumpkin seed butter. This ingredient is incredible — a true game changer for hormone balance and digestive health.

Pumpkin seed butter is naturally rich in zinc, magnesium, healthy fats, and plant-based protein, all of which play a key role in supporting hormone production, stress response, and gut lining integrity. These nutrients help the body regulate blood sugar, reduce inflammation, and support a healthy gut–hormone connection, which is essential for overall balance.

This pumpkin banana bread is made with real, functional ingredients that your body recognizes and knows how to use. It’s high in fiber, gluten-free, and naturally sweetened to help avoid insulin spikes, making it supportive for both digestion and hormonal stability. The warming spices enhance digestion, while the apple cider glaze adds nourishing fats that help with nutrient absorption.

This isn’t just a dessert — it’s functional baking, created to nourish your gut, support your hormones, and bring balance from the inside out.🤍

✨ A little note from my heart as a gut & hormone health coach…

I’d like to start this space by saying something that truly matters to me:

Let’s stop using the term “guilt-free” to describe food.

Food should never be eaten with guilt.
When we label certain foods as “guilt-free,” we unintentionally suggest that other foods deserve guilt — and this mindset can slowly harm our relationship with food.

As a certified gut & hormone health coach, my approach isn’t about restriction or perfection.
It’s about education, balance, and learning how to support the body with kindness 🤍

Here, I’ll be sharing recipes and wellness tips designed to support gut health and hormone balance, helping you feel nourished, empowered, and at peace with food.

If this message resonates with you, you’re in the right place.
I’m simply here to help ✨
