Change of Direction + Upper Body Strength 🏀⚡️

Today’s group session was all about learning to stop, plant, redirect, and re-accelerate with control. Change of direction isn’t just about being fast—it’s about coordinating the entire body to efficiently produce and absorb force.

We carried that same focus into our upper-body lift, building strength while connecting the lower body, core, and upper body as one unit. Basketball is a full-body game, so we train it that way.

Move better. Get stronger. Transfer it to the court. 💪🏀

Carson Williams | Class of 2028
An undersized guard with an all-around game and a scorer’s mentality.
Carson impacts the game in every way possible—creating shots for himself, making plays for teammates, and stretching defenses with his ability to knock down shots from deep. His shooting opens the floor, creating opportunities not only for himself but everyone around him.
Carson has a knack for making big plays and keeping defenders on their heels every possession.
Gearing up to help what should be a very good Ardrey Kell team this season.

Big-time team win for our 16U group over SWFL Hoops 🔥🏀
This one was built on toughness, ball movement, and competing on every possession. We finished with 37 rebounds, 14 assists, and multiple guys stepping up when their number was called.
@pguardking — 14 PTS / 3 AST
@fleet.payne — 10 PTS / 7 REB
@jayden_wash10 — 9 PTS / 7 REB
@_carsonwiliiams — 9 PTS / 7 REB

Proud of the way this group shared the ball, defended, and stayed connected all game long. More work to do, but we’re trending the right way 📈

New group. Elevated expectations.

Introducing our 16U Accelerate squad — experienced, connected, and built to compete at a high level. This team understands the standard: defend with purpose, move it with intent, and play for each other.

No shortcuts. Just work.
