High Fitness x N.O.F.A I love being able to help our community and teach a @high.fitness class! This is a fun way to get everybody together for a great cause. I have been doing this for many years and it is amazing to see and hear how many families we are able to help in our own community fighting cancer. With High Fitness, the silent auction, the race, and all of the other things in between this @no_one_fights_alone_5k organization is just so special. Thank you to everyone who came out Thursday night and had some fun. It was fun to be able to teach with @brittanykl15 @highfitheath @lacied.hansen again. And thank you to @krys__lynne @westernlensbykrys for donating the pics!! #highfitness #noonefightsalone #highgivesback #groupfitness #whyihigh

When friends become family it’s the best of both worlds. I’m lucky to be adding @_cassie.smith_19 as family. We are the coolest MIL ever and 2 of the hottest moms you’ll ever see 😉 Not very often do we get dressed up so it must documented. Didn’t get many pictures from last night so I’m hoping for some good ones from the photographer, haha @jaciejanephotography #MIL #wedding #friendstofamily #

When you forget your age, but you get humbled real quick….All of us moms can drop it like it’s hot until it’s time to get up 🥴😂 The best thing that was just said to me was “I love that we don’t have to take ourselves too seriously with you!” That stuck to me because for over 5 years now the main reason for me to teach is to have other women feel confident, comfortable, and sexy in their own skin. Even if that means not taking yourself seriously and just having fun. Because what’s life without any of that? I love you ladies, this makes me smile and laugh. 😆 Be YOU and just go with it!! #afterhighshenanigans #highfitnessinstructor #whyihigh #groupfitness #momsquad

⚡️High Fitness 10 year party 🥳 @high.fitness sure knows how to throw a party and I’m so grateful I was there to celebrate with all of my friends! High Fitness has been around for 10 years now, and I have been teaching for 5 of those years!! Can you believe that? I didn’t celebrate my 5 year anniversary the first of January and I kick myself in the pants every day for not. So this made up for it! If you know me, you know I eat, breathe, sleep everything High Fitness. It’s what keeps me going and I just love everything about this fitness format and what @highfitnessemily & @amberzenith stand for. I’ve said it 1 million times and I’ll say it again…. I love High Fitness to my core, and I wish everyone could feel that magical feeling of the bolt⚡️ It’s amazing my friends! Grateful for Emily and Amber to be such dear friends, they teach me every day how to be a better person, instructor and overall just a good person. So cheers 🥂 to you 2 for 10 years. Here’s to going bigger better and HIGHER⚡️ #highfitnessinstructor #highfitness #biggerbetterhigher #youcandofunthings #groupfitness #whyihigh #10yearhighversary

Is your workout this FUN?! If not, come give @high.fitness a try! My classes are always open to everyone and every level. We just party, move our bodies, sweat and laugh together! It’s the best! So come join me and these amazing ladies! I’m at Mtn top tumbling every Saturday mornings at 8 am until it gets warm enough to be outside again… I loved finishing off the class with 30 min. of YO. I’m telling you, if you’re not stretching, you should be!!! Everyone should come give my Yo classes a try as well. I promise you will like this kind of stretching. #highfitness #highfitnessinstructor #biggerbetterhigher #groupfitness #whyihigh #youcandofunthings #youfityoufithighfit

2024’ what a wild ride of ALL the emotions. I can’t help but not want to put this together because of my dad passing in August which is why it’s taking me till now, BUT… looking through my camera roll this past year really puts things in perspective of how grateful and lucky I really am. Look at ALL these amazing and FUN memories that I’ve had this last year! And it’s all because of YOU 💜My Family, friends and participants who had made me soar as an instructor. I can’t even begin to say thank you enough. There are so many things and memories that I would like to share from this past year but we don’t have an hour 😆 I’ve had amazing opportunities with recording for the HIGH Fitness app, doing some photo shoots, teaching in so many amazing locations, expanded my teaching and certified in all the formats of High, I have met some incredible people in person, partied with so many friends and have loved every minute! Thank you to all you beautiful, amazing, talented ladies that I’ve rubbed shoulders with. It’s been fun to party, laugh, smile, sweat, shake the stress away and even cry with. I couldn’t have a better support system around me. @high.fitness has become my family and I will always be grateful for that. I am close to those who teach, lift and inspire me daily. So thank you to all of the High gurus, employees and especially thanks to @highfitnessemily & @amberzenith for giving me so many opportunities with high, for your love, support and friendship 💕 So cheers to 2025 🥂 This will be the year of growth, more parties, more fun and hopefully more and new participants! I can’t wait to show you what I’m up to! #highfitness #highfitnessinstructor #biggerbetterhigher #youcandofunthings #cheersto2024 #groupfitness #whyihigh
