Today Jordan received her first haircut.
Coach CeeCee is awesome. Because of her busy schedule we were hard pressed to find the time that works best. Coach invited us to her house... on a Sunday, so she could do Jordan's hair. 😲 Coach made it an awesome experience. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart . Jordan is really excited about going to school tomorrow with her new do.

July, you’ve been love.

You brought me closer to the people I love. Experiences that have brought me love. The love I have for serving others and the love I continue to build within myself.

Now, while these are the highlights, the months and years that it took to get to this point are just the result of all the time and effort dedicated to chasing my love of sports, people, community, health and wellness experiences, and so much more in between.

I promise I’m never one to write a novel, but the more I think about it, sharing
experiences and pics with the intentionality or story behind them makes it better. We’re still working and growing and figuring it out, but I can admit having the right people by your side makes the journey all worth it.

I smiled a little bit more, I waited patiently on God's timing, and embraced my journey.

Love you July Girl❤️

There are many others ways to say thanks, but it wouldn’t be enough. We are overjoyed at the community support for our Fitness After Dark event supporting @duarte.youth.athletic.club.

We had many sponsors and vendors participate this year and want to thank them for their contribution.
