When we can't walk, we play! ๐ŸŽน I wanted to share a part of me not many people know about. Hoping music will give you some peace for a few minutes too. . Also it is one of the few times my perfectionism doesn't get to me. I am selftaught and always learning. Practise make progress, not perfect! ๐Ÿ’œ . . . #warrior #autoimmunedisease #chronicillness #fyp #chronicillneswarrior #lupuschick #invisibleillness #lupusstory #lupus #foryoupage #lupusstrong #sle #lupie #lupussucks #reuma #lupuswarrior #lupusawareness #mobilityaid #mobilityaids #running #run #under5k #explore #explorepage #piano #uneautreeฬteฬ€ #yanntiersen #selftaught

My lupus warrior running essentials: - Food + water in my tummy. - Lupus and allergy meds. - Sunscreen, atleast 30 moreoften 50+. - Dynamic stretches to prevent tendons flaring up! Lupus has taken it's toll on my vascular system which I am slowly getting back by running SLOW ๐Ÿข. I did my first 6k last week and 5k today, which both took me almost an hour eventhough I did not walk, but I am PROUD! Because last year I wouldn't even think about it. What did you accomplish that you're proud of even though it seems small to others? . . . #warrior #autoimmunedisease #chronicillness #fyp #chronicillneswarrior #lupuschick #invisibleillness #lupusstory #lupus #foryoupage #lupusstrong #sle #lupie #lupussucks #reuma #lupuswarrior #lupusawareness #mobilityaid #mobilityaids #running #run #5k
