Meet the BTS marathon king @tom_b854 owner of @twbelectrical

When tom first came to me, he was flying professionally, built an incredible business, and wanted to grow and develop that further

But something was missing, personal standards, poor relationship with himself, and his own personal development.

Something which many business owners and ambitious individuals forget, which is the main machine running those things.

Tom not working on himself was only leading to

❌ Poor energy management
❌ Being Reactive
❌ Lack of emotional understanding of himself
❌ Not building the confidence he truly wanted
❌ Simply not operating at his highest potential.
❌ Leaving so much potential on the line.

⏩ 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 6 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 ⏩

✅ Thriving personally & professionally.
✅Has a much better relationship with himself and understands his emotions
✅Confidence higher than ever,
✅30LB down!
✅ In the best shape of his life completing 2 photoshoots
✅ Crushed a 1.22 half marathon , with a sub 3 hour marathon on the horizon.

Toms wife’s words “ I cant believe the change in him, he’s a completely different person, and he now has a much better relationship with our daughter“

Priceless 🤩🤩🤩

Tom Im so glad we jumped on a call and you took action, you’ve become an incredible part of the BTS community and a great friend, and I cant wait to see you thrive in 2023

Want results like tom ?
Drop me a message with the words “ BTS “ today.

“𝐈 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞” 👇👇

@maddisoneleybrock reached out to me fed up with looking in the mirror and hating how she looked

Hiding behind clothes and walls and not ultimately keeping up with professional demands

That lack of confidence, was holding her back from opportunities to back and believe in herself

And ultimately she was unfulfilled in her life.

Maddi is ambitious she wanted to demand more from herself but wasn’t sure how to get there

When she was ready & built up the courage she dropped me a message

She didn't want to live thinking “I settled for this life”

Something The BTS highly values not settling for average 👊🏼 ❌

⏩ 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝟏𝟏 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 ⏩

Maddison is a completely different person,

Personally more confidence then ever, Thinking and operating differently,

2 trouser sizes down, 2 photoshoots completed , and interviews for a new career change on the horizon

All down to the backing and belief she has built within herself

One of the big things that has been a huge change for Maddison, was keeping things simple

Not wasting time, giving her 100% clarity on what needs to be done to get results

The support and the community ( being in a powerful environment )

To support and celebrate wins and struggles no matter what, as a self development journey can be lonely !

And Ultimately being in an environment of high achievers gives you the kick up the arse to pull the trigger.

Maddi the team & I are so proud of you and the person you have become and I know 2023 is going to unlock a lot of new doors

And opportunities for you , Here is to ending 2022 thriving

And your full potential in 2023 !!🚀🚀

How I’ve been able to stay in the best physical and mental shape year round while being busier than ever traveling socialising and holidays 🧐

And why things like Christmas and the World Cup don’t derail me 👊🏼

I made a commitment of how I want to look feel and perform year round , that far outweighs the tempory comfort of fast food , the pub and binge watching Netflix.

I do something everyday to work on my physical and mental development so I’m continually improving and can keep putting the pennies into the main driving machine.

I have powerful environments that allow me to be surrounded by people that want to better themselves every single day , personal development is one of my highest values

I understand and in tune with my emotional state meaning if I’m stressed or getting overwhelmed, I have coping mechanisms to support my goals as appose to sabotage them (ie emotional eat or drink )

If you want to live with true confidence and be in the best shape of your life long term you have to start taking ownership

Make commitments

Create discipline

Start to implement the above and watch how fast you change your life , if you want speed, clarity, efficiency & support then let’s go together

Built to sustain is Hiring 🤩

I’ve never been more excited and proud to help, support & grow the Bts clients 🚀

This Year I set out a big goal to hire a support coach to take things to a whole new level 🎯

Bringing in another set of eyes to really enhance the service we currently deliver

And I’m proud to take on our first BTS ‘Success Coach’

What we’re looking for in this role is someone who….

Understands how to train, and has at least 2-3 years experience with their own training

A person that holds themselves to a very high standard mentally & physically,

Personal development is one of your high values

You must have good time management and personal standards.

You have to be…

✅ Willing to be part of our engaging & Thriving community.

✅ Look to add value and look for a new way to improve what we are currently doing

✅ Willing to Speak to clients openly.

This role is an incredible opportunity to develop yourself in more ways than you can imagine.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for some time now (8 years)

I’ve worked with hundreds of people and impacted a lot of people’s lives

So this role is for someone that is going to be passionate about growing and becoming a serious
Asset and value member to our team

I remember the day 🤯

20 months ago ,I wanted to quit and leave the industry

I was burnt out 😩
I had no more self belief 😔
I feared failure more than you can imagine
I worked more hours then ever before 💤
Anxiety at an all time high 🚀

And I was on and off steroids like a yo-yo
they were another mask of how I truly felt

I ultimately wasn’t where I wanted to be personally, physically, professionally

And I was completely lost , lacking vision, lacking identity of who I truly was and where I wanted to be

Until one day I had enough, and I said to myself what the fu** are you doing Harv

I reached out and asked for help, it killed my ego … because I thought I had it all figured out

But that’s what’s was leaving me stuck (my level of thinking was narrow)

I signed up with a business mentor who has changed my life and impacted me hugely

I started to have more impact on clients living in line with values and my fulfilment went up hugely

I then hired a second coach for myself to hold me to an ever greater standard and allow me to be at my best 🚀

The reason I’m telling this story is because

One thing I’ve realised on my growth journey is that you can try do everything alone fast

But if you want to go further for longer you go together

You have a team around you
You have an amazing support beside you

And if you were where Harv was 20 months ago I want to help you and let you know

You can be at your full potential if you want to

Your future is in your hands 🙌🏼

Meet The Legend @glofinz

Adam was the guy that came to me 15 months ago lacking serious vision

Was unhappy with his confidence,

Lacked serious motivation

Wasn’t happy with the way he was operating professionally!

And this was leading Adam to lack fulfilment within his life

Fast forward 15 months later and we have made some serious momentum and life changing results 🚀

Now im not going to bull💩 you and tell you this has been easy it hasn’t.

In fact 4 weeks ago Adam actually had a little blip and let’s say a whole September of parting reliving his youth 😂

He drops his standards with a few things and that set him back but we realigned and looked at the biggest thing holding him back and we created that awareness so he can get back sending it on all cylinders again, thats the power of coaching and having someone in your corner no matter what level your at

But if we now look at the changes Adam has made overall has been phenomenal

More energy then ever before 🤩

Strongest and leanest he’s ever been 🚀

Operating with high standards at work which has lead to a promotion 🙏🏼

A lot higher levels of self confidence 💪🏼

Taken on and completed his first photoshoot 📸

Focussed and invested into his future self & health 💙

Proud of you for the changes you’ve made and leaning in when you needed to buddy he’s to the continue of this incredible journey 🙏🏼

If you are in a similar spot to how Adam was and would like to make a change within your life then our coaching intake is now officially Live

Drop me a message with the words “ Coach “ and ill send you all the details

Environment plays a huge role in your success

They say if you surround yourself around 5 successful people you’ll become the 6th

Well imagine been around 40+ highly ambitious individuals on the same very journey as you

That makes it hard to almost not succeed when you lean in and utilise everything inside the program and the community

Each and everyone supporting one another and all on the same mission to become the very version version of yourself

Physically, personally, mentally, & even financially

I can safely say we have created an incredible community and network inside the built to sustain program

And without these legend it really wouldn’t be the same

What an amazing Photoshoot day last weekend spent with 15 of the incredible team

Networking, celebrating success and just having an amazing day

Finding a network of people that are like minded can be hard but once your in that environment it’s safe to say your set up to achieve everything you could possibly want 🚀🔥

Bring on the next huge live client event legends
