BE WHERE YOUR FEET ARE.

The biggest moments in baseball demand one thing: BE PRESENT.

Forget the last pitch. Don’t worry about the next inning. Lock in on the moment right in front of you.

The players who thrive under pressure are the ones who embrace it

This is a great quote by Jake Bauers

How important is the mental side of baseball? 👀👇

THE MENTAL SIDE OF PITCHING.

Tyler Glasnow gives a look inside the mindset of a big-league pitcher

At the highest level, it’s not just about how hard you throw or how nasty your stuff is.

It’s also about how you approach the game.

YOUNG PITCHERS, TAKE NOTES.

You get ONE young superstar to build around for the next 10 years

⚡ PETE CROW-ARMSTRONG (PCA)

IT TAKES WHAT IT TAKES— NICK SABAN 🗣️

Everybody wants to play at the next level.

Everybody wants to be in the starting lineup.

Everybody wants to win championships.

But are you willing to do what it actually takes?

The early mornings. The extra reps. The sacrifices. The days nobody is watching.

You don’t get to negotiate what success requires.

PLAYERS: Are you willing to do what it takes, even when nobody is watching?

THIS IS WHAT WINNING BASEBALL LOOKS LIKE⚾️

Everybody loves the home run.

But watch how the Rays play.

Put the ball in play.
Run hard.
Take the extra 90 feet.
Put pressure on the defense.
Force them to make another play.

Jonny DeLuca talks about the competitive mindset behind a team that understands exactly who they are.

You don’t always have to overpower somebody to beat them. Make them execute. Over and over again.

SPEED NEVER SLUMPS

That plays at EVERY level of baseball.

HITTERS… LISTEN UP

Braden Montgomery is 23 years old — but listen to how mature this approach is.

In one of the biggest moments of his young career, his thought process was simple:

Be ready for something to ATTACK. Be ready for velocity.

For such a young hitter, the baseball IQ and maturity in this answer stands out.

Young hitters — don’t just watch what big leaguers do.

Listen to how they THINK. 🧠⚾️

HITTERS… YOUR TURN

The pitchers had their shot with VELOCITY • COMMAND • MOVEMENT

Now we’re flipping it to the offensive side

START • BENCH • CUT

You’re building the perfect hitter, but you can’t have all three.

Let’s hear your thoughts👇
