It’s official! Back in June, I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Writing and Literature and two minors, one in Professional Editing and one in Theater Production and Design. When I started my college career, I had no idea that theater would become so much of my life and my heart. I have made lifelong friends, learned lifelong lessons, and created lifelong memories in shows that truly changed my perspective. As a scenic technician, an assistant stage manager, a props designer, a run crew member, and an assistant scenic designer, I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned from so many impactful mentors and peers.

Over the past four years, I’ve worked directly on eight shows: Spectral Frequencies (dir. Jo Palazuelos-Krukowski), Within Existence / Existence Within (dir. Chirstina McCarthy), She-Wolf (dir. Risa Brainin), AMPLIFY Plays In A Day, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (dir. Kendra Ware), Hay Fever (dir. Julie Fishell), and Everybody’s Favorite Mothers (dir. Risa Brainin). I tried to pick my favorite picture from each of these productions!

Thank you to everyone at UC Santa Barbara Theater and Dance for encouraging and inspiring me all these years! 💙💛
