September marks the beginning of National Suicide Prevention Month. 💜

This year has tested me in ways I never expected. There have been moments when it truly felt like I’ve never had to fight this hard just to keep going.

But when I look back, I also see how much beauty found its way into this year. New friendships, new experiences, unexpected moments of joy, & memories I never imagined I’d get to make.

I wouldn’t be here without the people around me. I don’t think you’ll ever fully know how much your love, kindness, presence, & even the smallest gestures have impacted my life. 💟

Check on the people you love. Reach out. Pay attention to the signs that someone might be struggling, even when they seem okay on the outside.

And if that someone is you, please know you don’t have to carry everything alone. 🫶🏻

There are still sunsets you haven’t seen, people you haven’t met, places you haven’t been, and beautiful moments you don’t even know are waiting for you yet.

Please, stay another day. 🌅
