New Studio Open Day + Weekend Pose Sesh! 🩵

I’d love for you all to come and check out my new studio and join me for a weekend posing session!
📅 Saturday 18th
🕘 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Whether you’re a competitor, a gym lover, just starting your fitness journey, or simply curious to see the studio, everyone is welcome.

We’ll be kicking off the morning with a fun FREE group pose session 9-945am, followed by the chance to explore the new space, meet like-minded people, and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

A huge thank you to @logposestudios, who will be there capturing posing and candid moments of the day, providing images for you to keep and use throughout your fitness journey.

I’ll also be available throughout the morning for complimentary lifestyle, body composition, nutrition, and goal-setting chats.

Whether you have questions about training, nutrition, improving your physique, or just want some friendly advice on where to start for Lifestyle OR Comp Coaching, I’d love to help.

Wear your favourite activewear, bring your best energy, and come celebrate this exciting new chapter with me.

Whether you’re chasing the stage, building confidence, working towards a healthier lifestyle, or just want to come and say hello, this day is for you.

Goodie bags for the first 7 through the door with lash discounts from @beautybybethanypaige and nibbles on the day too!

Nationals Season A Recap 🇦🇺💪

5 NEW Australian Champions 🏆
9 x Second Places 🥈
6 x Third Places 🥉

With 20 Top 3 placings from 5 clients, I couldn’t be more proud of the Team 🙏❤️

One of my favourite quotes is…

‘You are rewarded in public for what you do you practise in private’

And it couldn’t be more true for the sport of Bodybuilding

This is just a tiny representation of the months and years of discipline that goes into creating the finished product you see here in these photos

I couldn’t be more proud of each of these individuals and how they represented the Team this weekend. Results are one thing, but if they were all awarded for their efforts and attitudes, they’d all be crowned champions 🏆

A special shout out to Renee who held the forte and competed back here in SA at the NBA State Titles and presented her very best package to date! 👏👏👏

Next stop- Season B in October 🚀🚀🚀

Those last touch-ups before you hit the stage are like sparks of magic.
That final moment of confidence, knowing you’re about to stand under those lights looking the best you ever have.
At @stage_alchemy , we take that feeling very seriously ✨

PROUD ❤️

7 amazing athletes represented @fast.track.your.fitness yesterday at the @icn_sa Adelaide Classic 💪

Collectively, they earned-

2 x Overall State Title Champions ⚔️
9 x 1st place 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇
9 x 2nd place 🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈
2 x 3rd place 🥉 🥉
5 x 5th place 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, placings on the day are just icing on the cake.

It’s the months of hard work in silence that nobody sees that I’m truly proud of 🙏

And what means even more to me is the attitudes that each and everyone on this team showed throughout their entire preps- such humble, positive and genuine people who worked relentlessly to achieve their dreams ❤️

2 weeks time and we run it back for the @icnaustralia National Titles 🇦🇺

Consistency and pushing the boundaries of discomfort.

This is what makes a great long term athlete…. One who is not attached to outcome but the process.

Very proud of the journey of each and every one of the women that step into my studio 🩷
