movement is medicine <3 this year, the theme for mental health awareness week was moving for the mind - one that resonates massively for me so i had to get involved @stronggirlsquad_ x @soundmindsuk_ : ‘wellness in action’ event involved the collaboration of many like-minded women - hearing from the amazing: @thebeverypokuah @gymtereza @drjadeofficial & @jaydetedwards followed by an opportunity to practice mindfulness breathing meditation or hit a HIIT class (co-hosted by me ;) ) - the girls were amazing & it was a pleasure meeting everyone 🤍 & i want to give a special mention to @soundmindsuk_ who i’ve worked with for nearly 2 years now & never fail to amaze me with the opportunities & help they offer, for young people by young people - a charity i’ll always hold close to my heart 🫶🏽 thank you to the event sponsors also! @wearehouseofmedics @gymsharkwomen @actiplusdrinks @freesoul @zooki #movingforourmentalhealth #womeninfitness #movementismedicine #womenempowerment
