I hurt my knee! 😭😭 and currently taking it easy with rehab.

I’m strict when it comes to form and typically never injured, but over the week I was running with Ada Udaya’s Track Club and hurt my knee. Thought it would be a few days thing, but I’m starting to see it’s a bit more serious than I initially thought. I’ll be back though.
