To all the friends, family, professors, and more that have gotten me this far…

These four years were truly unforgettable and I could not have asked for a better place or people to spend them with. Coming to Chattanooga was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the beginning it just felt ‘right’ and through the end I would not change a thing. My experience at this university has been nothing short of incredible and I am forever grateful to have spent my time here.

I offer my sincerest appreciation for and would like to say thank you to @utchattanooga , @utcpike , and the entire community for being so great to me while I was here. It has been an honor to be able to serve, learn, and be a part of these programs.

I urge every student to pour your heart into what is around you. It is a time that can be shaped into whatever you might dream of. Whatever it is that you do, do it…

Unconditionally.

2026 Nashville Half Marathon.

Definitely considered this my “B race” this year but it’s my first ever half marathon and I really wanted to go as hard as I could. The goal was 1:22:30, I fell short of that but the only reason I had that goal picked out is to know what that pace feels like for the Wineglass Marathon in October.

The goal for wingless stays the same, 2:45:00 and qualify for Boston. The training plan however may need some tweaks now knowing how I handled that pace yesterday. I’ve gotta get dialed and push hard these next few months to get to where I want to be. I need to work in the strength training, I need to hit those speed workouts a bit harder, and obviously I’ll need to stack on quite a few more miles.

I love improving in this amazing sport and I can not wait to see what I can accomplish after this next long training block.

Alright, with that being said, it’s time to get back to work.💪🏻
