🔥 What an unforgettable week at our Advanced Elementary Camp!

Huge shoutout to our incredible clinicians and coaches — Sheldon Seymour, Matty Lopes, Cael Weidemoyer, Mike Lammer, Patrick Kelly, & Cole Coffin — who poured everything into our young wrestlers and helped make this our best camp yet!

We’re so proud of every athlete who showed up, worked hard, and leveled up this week. And a massive thank you to all the parents for your dedication and support — you’re the reason our culture is so special. Without you, none of this happens.
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. ❤️💪

Now loading up for next week’s Intensive Camp… only 5 spots left!

DM us or comment below if you want one of them. Let’s keep the momentum going!

Technique of the Week: Shin Whizzer Spin 🔥

We love having our athletes show technique — keep an eye out every Friday when one of our wrestlers teaches you their favorite moves!

Danny Metzler (one of our athletes) breaking it down perfectly.
When your opponent shoots a single, counter with a shin whizzer. Get your knee outside their lock, head and chest up, pressure into them with your butt, then spin toward them to finish the score.

Danny used this exact move to qualify for the DIII NCAA Championships as a freshman — proof that it works at the highest levels.

Now it’s in our room and you can use it too.

Stay tuned for more every week!
