The Story of OAKS.

I can’t express how much the last month has meant to me. The support and encouragement from you has blown my mind. The countless times where I’ve been in tears because of such beautiful things happening. God is such a sweet father and I’m stoked to continue building OAKS. I love you so much and I’m stoked to see the dreams God has given you become reality!!

One of the most amazing parts of Gods common grace is relationships. Of all kinds. Brothers, sisters, friends, husband and wife, father and son, the list goes on and on. God is so kind to give us these as a means of grace. Why not utilize them and lift one another up! Thank you to everyone who participated this week in surprising someone in your life with some words of encouragement. And if you’re the person who was encouraged I pray your day was brightened and your soul was uplifted.

thank you Jesus for an incredible year of growth and trying things out of my comfort zone

I never would have guessed I would be where I am now when the year started

here are a few highlights in no particular order from the past year :)

1. I completed my first mural with the amazing talent of @maddieeannaa

2. I got to celebrate my best friends getting married!! 💛

3. LOTS of outdoor adventures and exploring in the Alaska mountains

4. A lovely sister trip doing the Via Ferada with @jesseerae_

5. Opportunities to dress up and celebrate people in my life and attend my first ever goldie awards

6. Graduated college (which I only got through with the help of the Lord) and discovered my love for storytelling

7. Took my first ever dance class and recital… learned so much and loved getting to express myself in a new way

8. Went to the Super Bowl with @faithsportsnetwork and got to talk about FAITH, how incredible

9. A beautiful Alaska summer with fishing 🎣

10. Took up cross country skiing and continually get humbled

11. Recorded my first ever song with @stephen_trix_77 🤭

12. Attended the nutcracker with the most amazing gals ever 💗🎀

13. Had a party for @zanee.jacobson getting into dental school(s) ♥️

14. Started my first job as a journalist and get to tell stories of my home… learning so much every day and thankful for where I’ve been placed

15. Bunni! such a little blessing

16. Started on the marketing team for @showdownalaska and had a BLAST with concerts, can’t wait for what this year will hold ;)

17. Wrote, produced, filmed, edited, and acted in my first short film, showing the power of climbing, such a cool experience

18. Learned how to play tennis! This was a tough one but enjoyed every minute

19. Spent healing time with jess and got to see @gregoryalanisakov 🫶

20. Had some amazing climbing experiences with some amazing people

What a crazy year… all glory to God on this wild ride of life. Learning to embrace where he’s placed me and so thankful to everyone whose been a part of my life this past year ♥️
