Yesterday was a real special one for a long time friend buying his first house 🏡

Brought together initially by a special squad in the 09 Red Sox and now to a great friend and golf buddy with a 5 iron that doesn’t miss…

A big thank you to @_kristina_the_realtor_ for all your help and hard work navigating everyone through and to Colette, Lissette, and all of @wolfeassociateslaw for making it all possible at the settlement table! Can’t forget a big shout out to @pikecreekmortgage and the team for all the support as well!

One pro tip I’ve learned over the years for building your arms is to perform compound lifts to target either your tricep or biceps.

For any push day, chest day, arm day you should incorporate close grip bench press. This exercise is a compound lift for your triceps.

To perform the exercise properly do the following:

✅ Keep your chest out, back straight and shoulders back
✅ Focus on keeping your elbows as close to your body as possible
✅ Place your hand position just about shoulder width apart
✅ Perform this exercise with a 1-1-1 based tempo
✅ You don’t need heavy weight!!! I’d recommend 60-75% of your bench press max for a range of 8-12 solid reps

For more tips and exercise advice dm me “PUMP” for a free ebook on the top 5 compound exercises you should do weekly 💯
