Meet Rio. 💪🏾🫶🏽

A courageous young women who was seeking guidance and support on changing her habits to acheive her goals.

She wanted to be confident in the gym and overall get back to herself again. She felt stuck and confused so she found me om Pure Gym website (when I worked there) and booked a consultation with me.

From then she knew and I knew we would make a difference in her life.

She came in looking for guidance and support and left with loosing over 10kg, building impressive strength and solidifying strong habits.

We did not just just change her body but we change her outlook to what she can do with the right support.

If you too are feeling stuck, confused and inconsistent. DM "121" to join my online coaching program today and my community!

Some of us are facing challenges that can not be seen, yet we show up and get things done regardless.

However we have learnt to work with of problems rather than let our issues slow us down.

Gut health is a huge phenomenom right now and I am that coach will guide through your fitness journey while navigating the challenges you face.

Why?... Because I am just like you!

Suffering from a injury can be frustrating and set you back but it does not mean you stop.

It means you adapt and do uour warm up excerises everytime to you train the muscle group.

Abadonding the muscle group is not gonna get it strong again so start slow, with little to no weight and build yourself back uo from there.

*SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE IF PAIN PERSISTS.

For years, I felt trapped in a cycle of stress, unhappiness, and poor health. Struggling with my weight, I found comfort in food as a way to cope with the pressures of life—juggling a demanding 9-5 job, personal responsibilities, and a constant battle with my self-esteem. Working out was something I could never stick to, and I felt as if I was always falling short of the person I wanted to be. The responsibilities weighed heavily on me, and my physical and mental health suffered as a result.

One day, I reached a turning point. I decided to stop letting my circumstances define me. I hired a personal trainer, committed to my fitness, and gradually began to enjoy the process of improving my body and mindset. The journey was challenging but empowering, and as I grew stronger both physically and mentally, I felt a renewed sense of control over my life. It wasn’t just about weight loss; it was about reclaiming my confidence and sense of purpose. Inspired by my transformation, I even decided to take it further and became qualified as a personal trainer myself.

Now, balancing my career, my personal goals, and helping others has become my passion. I’m dedicated to supporting women who, like me, are looking to take charge of their health and well-being. Through my work, I guide women to not only lose weight but also to build muscle, strength, and confidence. I believe in the power of consistent effort, empowerment, and self-love, and I want to help other women on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves—both inside and out.

If you can relate to my story and are ready to make a change, DM "GFWC" for more information. I’d love to connect and support you on your journey to a healthier, stronger, and more confident version of yourself! Let's do this together!
