I could write pages and pages, or just say THANK YOU, plain and simple. This year, Good2U was something really special for me, as I was curating our Off The Records program. Thanks to the great input from the whole crew throughout the year and to Moritz and Lisa for the fantastic talk on cultural actors in Görlitz. Of course, none of this could have happened without all the helping hands from the core team and everyone on site, whether volunteers, lighting, sound, or production and Kühlhaus Görlitz! And certainly not without the wonderful workshop leaders, Secret Location folks, moderators, speakers, and visitors. I still get tears in my eyes when I think about the amazing taz x Good2Talk collaboration. It was such a cool opportunity to host one of them myself and to lead a historical tour of the building and grounds twice in front of 50 or more of my favorite people (I get a thrill just thinking about that crowd). I don‘t have to talk about the music, I danced a lot in between and enjoyed it as always! Thankful for all these amazing artists who shared the music with us :) Thanks to everyone who was part of Good2U 2026, and also to those I may have forgotten and endless thanks to all my friends who support me no matter what.

Berlins Tanzflächen sind weiterhin voll, so eine neue Studie der @clubcommission: Bei der Hälfte der 102 befragten Clubs liegt die durchschnittliche Auslastung bei 50 bis 75%, bei 32% liegt sie noch höher. Aber: Nur 61 Prozent konnten im vergangenen Jahr ihre laufenden Kosten decken – 18 Prozent weniger als noch vor neun Jahren. Gewinne macht nicht mal ein Drittel der Clubs. Die Studie bestätigt, was man von Clubbetreiber:innen seit der Pandemie immer wieder hört: Vieles in der Szene hat sich verändert, während altbekannte Probleme wie wenig Standortsicherheit bleiben.
