Microlocs are one of the lowest-maintenance protective styles—but that doesn't mean they're maintenance-free.

Healthy microlocs are built through small, consistent habits.

These are the four essentials I recommend every client has:

✨ A satin bonnet to reduce friction while you sleep.
✨ A satin scarf to help protect your locs from lint, cotton fibers, and everyday friction.
✨ A satin or silk pillowcase as an extra layer of protection if your bonnet comes off overnight.
✨ A microfiber towel to gently absorb water and help reduce lint from traditional bath towels.

None of these take extra effort. They're simple habits that help protect the time, care, and investment you've made in your microlocs.
