On Friday, one of our neos, Kim Walker, gained her wings. Kim was the kindest, sweetest, and most loving person. She was the epitome of sisterhood.

Our prayers are with her two sons, her sister/friend Jessie (who was with her every step of the way), family, friends, and our babies, our neos, Spring 2001.

Rest Eternally in Peace

There is something powerful about taking time to pause, reflect, and grow.

Another incredible Sip & Scribe session reminded us that even those who spend their lives pouring into other such as leaders, advocates, volunteers, and caregivers must also make time to pour back into themselves.

This empowering experience encouraged us to journal with intention, set meaningful goals, and remember to shine our light without hesitation. One of the most inspiring lessons was to be like the sunflower, always turning toward the light. Even when life brings challenges, we can choose to focus on hope, purpose, healing, and the possibilities ahead.

At Vividbound, we believe that self-care is not selfish; it's essential. Journaling, creative hobbies, and moments of quiet reflection strengthen us so we can continue serving our communities with compassion and resilience.

A heartfelt thank you to Sip & Scribe for creating such an empowering and uplifting experience. Your impact extends far beyond the pages of a journal it reaches hearts, inspires purpose, and reminds us all that we were created to shine.

"Never be afraid to shine. The brightest lights don't compete with the darkness they simply illuminate the path for others...Just as sunflowers instinctively turn toward the sun, may we always choose to turn toward the light within us and in doing so, give others permission to shine too. 🌻✨🌻 Keep Looking Toward the Light 🌻" ~Vividbound

💙👖 Today is Denim Day 2026 👖💙

Vividbound proudly stands with survivors and joins communities around the world in wearing denim to raise awareness, challenge harmful myths, and support those impacted by sexual violence. Today’s slideshow highlights some of our incredible community partners and members of the Vividbound team wearing denim in honor of this powerful movement.

Why Denim Day Matters:
Denim Day began as a protest against victim-blaming and continues as a reminder that no one ever asks or deserves to be assaulted.

Statistic: 1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men experience some form of contact sexual violence in their lifetime, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Together, we wear denim to say:
We believe survivors.
We support survivors.
We stand for prevention, justice, and hope.

"You survived what was meant to break you, and that alone is proof of your strength." 💙

Another Powerful Evening of Reflection at Sip & Scribe ✨
Vividbound had the honor of attending another beautiful Sip & Scribe session, where we explored the deeply personal topic of “Matters of the Heart.” 💛

Through guided reflection and meaningful conversation, participants were invited to slow down, look inward, and consider the condition of their hearts the wounds, the growth, the lessons, and the strength that continues to carry us forward.

Moments like these remind us that when great people gather in safe spaces to reflect, write, and share, transformation begins. Transitioning from surviving to thriving is a journey that is not walked alone. The transition is nurtured in community, honesty, and courage.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and a willingness to grow. Your presence and vulnerability continue to make these spaces powerful.

At Vividbound, we believe that when the heart begins to shift, life begins to change.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”- Proverbs 4:23

✨ Restoring Hope: Who Are You Becoming? – Week 1 Was Powerful! ✨

Our 6-Week Support Group Program launched with strength, vulnerability, and intention and what an incredible first day it was!

We explored emotions in color, identified what we’re truly feeling beneath the surface, and discussed healthy strategies for navigating emotions when they begin running high. The honesty in the room created a safe, intimate space for growth and connection.

A special thank you to Sip and Scribe for truly showing up and showing out! Their journaling workshop opened the door for self-discovery and creativity, helping each woman begin reflecting on who she is and who she is becoming. The atmosphere was intentional, inspiring, and transformative.

We are also deeply grateful for our partnership with Mindology for providing a space that supports emotional wellness and restoration. Partnerships like this remind survivors that community support is real and present.

This is only the beginning of something powerful. When women come together with courage and purpose, hope is restored.

“Being confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.” — Philippians 1:6
