PCA NT5 Show Day.

Had a proper blast on stage. So much more conditioned than I was 3 weeks ago for my debut. Could not be more happier with the package I brought to stage.

My category ended up having 21 registrations & shared the stage with 15 absolutely stacked lads… units every direction I looked.

Came off the stage buzzing… without a doubt the 30 second pose down was by far my favourite moment - as you can probably guess in my last post.

It’s now time to put Men’s Physique behind me, ditch the shorts, and start working towards what I’ve always wanted.

Mens physique, it was a pleasure.✔️
Lightweight Open BodyBuilding, I’m coming.🤩

Behind the scenes before the victory 🎬🥊

What you’re seeing here is the calm before the storm…
Minutes later he stepped through the ropes and secured the win on his K-1 debut. 💥

This is the side of fight night most people don’t see.
