Coming into college, I was almost certain I was not going to rush. But I felt like when I was introduced to BYX, it was God opening a door for me and leading me closer to Him. The transition to college is probably one of the biggest obstacles that you have to go through, especially for your faith. BYX helped me stay connected with God through this time and strengthen my relationship with Him. Looking back, I wouldn't change a thing about these last few months and I am and will be forever grateful for them. I know that over these next four years this group of guys will help me stay accountable in my faith and continue to grow closer to Him.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

I can officially say my College Disc Golf Career is over. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to compete for 5 years, and experience every aspect of the game. We went from rebuilding our team in 2022 to chasing the lead card for the last 2 years, and I could not be more proud of the all the guys that helped make that happen. In my time playing I was able to become an All-American, be the runner-up to the national champion, win a Dean’s Cup, and have multiple top 5 team finishes in D1, and I fully expect our team to keep competing at this level. Huge thank you to all my great teammates through the years, as well as all the friends I made across the country competing for other teams. I would also like to thank @kermie123lexi and @collegediscgolf for the continuous improvements they add each year. College Disc Golf feels completely different than it did just a few years ago, and all the hard work they put in truly shows. I hope to always be connected to this organization and I look forward to what it will become in the future.

📍- College Disc Golf National Championships🥏

This past week I got to compete in my first College Disc Golf National Championships. I got to play on the B team with some amazing guys who definitely deserve an A+ for their performance. After playing the worst singles round of my life, the team and I fought our way back from 40th to T9th, which I think is nuts if you ask me.
