Say hello to Dave and Harry, the designers at London-based studio Atelier Thirty Four and the minds behind the HB Table.

In their own words:

“Deadgood is time together to think.”

The @proofofconcept.show exhibition has come to an end — and the response has been amazing! Really grateful for the opportunity to show my work at @aramgalleryldn alongside a group of talented designers in a beautiful space.

The project — Mould in Flux
Explores how glass reacts to heat and wood over time. Instead of trying to control the material, it’s about letting the process shape each piece — creating something unique in every glass blowing. Each object becomes part of its own timeline.

The Torus Vase has been in Aram’s shop, and I’m so happy with the feedback and sales.

Big thanks to @designwanted and @iconeye for featuring the show, and to everyone who came by — the team, curators, and everyone involved in #proofofconcept3

@tokyobikelondon hosts the #soriyanagiappreciationsociety & the worlds first ever non-Japanese publication on this first-division designer & thinker. Founded & edited by designer @instamarriott2.0 & writer #duncanriches. You can see pre-production copies of the book & even pre-order, whilst appreciating the works of #soriyanagi.

2022 is the start of a new chapter for Dave and I, with our new studio @atelierthirtyfour .
While we will both continue to work alongside @matthewhiltonstudio , Atelier Thirty Four will work independently with a new direction.
It’s pretty daunting starting afresh, especially without a catalogue of products to populate a website and social media!
We would appreciate the follow though, and hopefully we can get some work on there to show you soon 😉

Last year was the first that we never visited a factory! While some development has been possible on zoom it’s definitely not the same as actually being there, and @_davebritton_ sorely misses taking photos of the roofs.
