A beautiful day, indeed 💐✨

Had a great time at Petals & Prayers event. Everything was so put together from playing games to creating our bouquet of flowers to symbolize where we were are in our season. I love creating a sisterhood in the community and thank you for having me. I look forward to the next event 💕✨

Having more than one girl and somehow their hair wash day is on the same day.

Mamas who have more than one girl can definitely feel me. My girls have been blessed with a crown full of glory. I found someone locally to do their hair but they were getting in the pool so often I took a break and now when I actually have to do it, I miss their hairstylist. 😆

Through it all I find joy through it.
- They serve each other by bringing a blanket to put on each other so they are not cold
- Daddy gets involved by soothing them and telling them their hair is beautiful
- We have girl talk and we talk about how our hair
- The @shampoobuddy helps support their neck so they are comfortable
- I make it a pamper or spa day as you can prep the eye rolling, that’s when you know that hair massage good
- I try to find products that compliment their hair/curls like @mielleorganics. If I put any product on their hair and I don’t notice an instant difference or it doesn’t make their hair feel soft , I don’t use it anymore.
- As I’m doing their I talk about how their hair is magical: the curls, the crown or fro, the shrinkage- how it may look short but as soon as you pull it, your hair is down your back. The different styles, braids , twist etc. You don’t have to have your hair straight to be beautiful. These are all the things our little girls need to hear ❤️

I know I can’t be the only one, what makes your hair wash day smoother?

Let’s spread the love/tips and share if you agree. ❤️

Oh shoot I then found me a two piece high waisted workout set for under $30.
It’s stretchable and comfortable. Women that got a whole lot back there need the word STRETCH, so thank you @amazonfashion

I am preparing my mindset for the week ahead.

I ate way too much over the holidays but that won’t stop me from choosing better options this week

I worked out here and there but that won’t stop me from being more consistent

The most important thing is that you don’t remain stagnant. Remain focus and set boundaries… We got this!!❤️
