First and foremost, I give all glory and honor to God. None of this happens without Him. Through every season, every setback, every opportunity, and every lesson, He’s continued to order my steps. I’m forever grateful for His grace and faithfulness.

I want to thank my cousin, Coach Scoot, @coachscoot_rtd for believing in me before I believed in myself. Thank you for helping me earn the opportunity to play college basketball and for giving me my very first coaching opportunity at STB. You opened a door that changed the direction of my life, and I’ll always be grateful for that.

To Coach Dave @_dew5 and the entire Legendz Athletics family, thank you for the last five years of pouring into me. Thank you for trusting me, challenging me, and allowing me to continue developing as a coach. Every practice, every tournament, every conversation, and every lesson has helped shape my approach to the game and to serving young athletes.

To Coach Kudd, @coachkudd thank you for always letting me pick your brain. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of basketball, your vision, your goals, and your experiences building winning programs and cultures wherever you’ve coached. Watching how many young men you’ve helped reach the college level has been inspiring. More than that, thank you for making coaching something people aspire to do. You made it cool to coach, and you’ve shown me what leadership, passion, and purpose look like.

To Coach Vern and the Gateway family, thank you for believing in me and welcoming me to your staff. I’m honored to join the program as Assistant Coach for Player Development & Strategy, and I’m excited to get to work serving these young men and helping build something special.

This isn’t the finish line—it’s another step in the journey. I’ll continue to learn, continue to grow, and continue to serve the game that has given me so much.
