A while back, @_dirtyolive_ invited @owwy and me, to something truly special a pop-up dining experience by @quinta.an 🕯️🍷 The concept is pure magic: an intimate setting featuring one long communal table where strangers quickly become friends. You get to discover stunning hidden locations, meet the most interesting people, and enjoy incredible food along the way. From the coastal view to the beautifully executed multi-course menu (featuring stunning dishes like Scarpinocc with Bún Bò Huế influences and Seabass Crudo), every detail was spot on. Huge respect to the talent in that kitchen! 👨‍🍳✨ Because @quinta.an runs as an exclusive 2-night pop-up, you really have to keep your eyes peeled on their page for their next announcement. Gutted we missed the last edition, but you can definitely count us in for the next one! Thank you to the entire team at @quinta.an for an unforgettable evening. 💬 Would you attend a communal pop-up dinner like this, or do you prefer private tables? Let me know in the comments below! 👇 📍 Dublin, Ireland #munchingmax #dublinfoodie #popupdinner #dublin #finedining
