On 7th November, we welcome you for the second leg of our two-part collaboration with @stratus.audio - an intimate daytime dance at the Roze Tanker with sound by @solsystems . A weekend following the first outing - a revelry on the river somewhere near Hackney Wick - we look forward to bringing our communities together once more in Amsterdam.

Through shared dancefloors, conversations about music and a mutual love of bringing people together, it’s been beautiful having the friendship between Stratus and Afterglow bloom over the last year. We’ve been looking forward to bringing this collaboration to life for many months, and it’s been a joy to see the pieces fall into place. So, before scurrying back to our respective shores to bunker down for the winter, let’s create a moment of hazy warmth together eh?

Alongside Stratus residents, we’re excited to present a program of live music and local pals.

A street smart treasure hunter with a very good sense of direction, London-based @sidneyjonesworld will guide us through the afternoon into her world of murmurations. A close friend of Stratus, we’re excited for her to ease us into the day at the Roze Tanker.

Also joining the program is @sima.works , a dear friend of Afterglow and delightful human being all around - her bag of tricks has always kept us on our toes no matter the setting.

Things To Enjoy is a new series from Shared Unit sharing mixes, tracks, blogs and parties that I think you should have your eyes and ears on. It might focus on different things each time, but the common theme will be that sounds (and sound adjacent things) will be shared. The first week features Triskl’s next party, mixes from Feldspar and Mata Disk, tracks from dj set, Dawn Razor and emkay and Pepper Macpherson’s blog. Hope you enjoy these things xx

DJ SET - Quest Log (FAKE BUILD)
Easily one of our 12's of the year!
The inaugural excursion from Fake Build comes by way of in-house coordinator “dj set”. Leading you down a well worn path, the Quest Log reveals 4 choices of deep, techy, dubby house music. Modern sheen diffused with classic grit ensures optimal groove, never overstepping or hanging too far back in the shadows.
