Lets get back to the heart of it. Let’s put the focus back on the dance floor. Lets get back to the MUSIC.

Good DJ’s, Better SETS.

As a kid, I wanted to be a toy maker, building things out of cardboard boxes or whatever I could find... Now I’m building brands, music, and businesses from the ground up.

Sat down with @voyageatl to talk about the journey from the school cyphers to launching Studio SVN, becoming a DJ and everything in between

Just a girl with a vision…

@investfestival was such a reminder of why I love being an entrepreneur in Atlanta.

There’s something special about being in a room surrounded by people who are building, creating, investing, taking risks, and having conversations about what’s NEXT.

I had the opportunity to connect with so many incredible entrepreneurs and have meaningful conversations with other business owners

And of course, I was repping my business @beyondtheposeworkshop the entire time

I left Invest Fest inspired, grateful, and thinking even bigger about what’s possible for Beyond The Pose and for me.

So I’m putting this here so I can come back to it: Invest Fest 2027 I’m coming back as a speaker! 🎤

We’ve been sold and marketed the wrong dream...
It’s not about more stuff, more money, finding your soulmate, acquiring more things- it’s actually about how you feel, especially in stillness with yourself.

A calm and regulated nervous system, time with your people and waking up excited for each new day we wake up with another breath🫶🏼

You aren’t alone if you are on this path of finding your freedom…and last night was a prime example of likeminded souls coming together to release the worries, anxieties and fears of stepping into their path and purpose so they can be more in tune with themselves💓

Get in your body and become grounded, block out the noise and distractions, rewire your mind to believe you CAN and simply be present in everything you do…this is truly where magic happens!💓

Thank you to everyone who came last night and shared their time with us! My hope is that you guys walked away feeling more empowered and like you are ready for your next chapter because baby, it’s go time!💓

@thismoderncollective + @honeyhiveholistics are always hosting unique events in Atlanta!

14 complete strangers came together, we let the music flow through us (s/o to such a amazing DJ @_djsensei ) as we moved our bodies and let go of anything no longer serving us before we ended the night with a powerful sound bath. 💓🌕

This full moon is bringing in ..

💗 New year, new energy
💗 Standing on boundaries
💗 Major focus on selfcare + self enjoyment
💗 A release + reset

It’s time to move some energy and get the clarity, drive and focus back into our lives!💓

Sometimes we can get stuck into our routines and day to day lives and responsibilities…

When we are able to fully drop into our bodies and move energy to rhythmic music and vibey beats, magic happens💓

Can’t wait to dance it out this Saturday evening and immerse ourselves in sound therapy after so much movement and connection to our bodies!💓✨
