Meet EZ. ✨

The life of the party.

The energy in every room.

He knows how to turn any moment into a good time.

But this time…

He’s hoping that good time ends with $5,000.🫶🏽

Will he secure the bag? 🤔

Find out live next Saturday!

When you think you’re signing up for a soft life, cute vacation that befits the soft girl that I am 😛… but the birthday girl, @raluberry had other plans! 😭
She said we must experience real Zanzibar culture — by force! 😂

Next thing we knew, we were walking through Dole Village surrounded by mud houses, thatched roofs, and spice trees that smelled like heaven.
We learned where so many of the world’s favorite spices actually come from — cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, vanilla, even turmeric — all grown right there in the most natural, beautiful chaos.

From the laughter, the scent of fresh spices, and our guide’s hilarious stories (still can’t get over the “Nzungu banana” 😭) — it was a full-on cultural reset.

And honestly? We ended up loving every second of it.
Sometimes the real magic happens where the Wi-Fi doesn’t reach.

A big shout out to @sabah_adeem for always hooking us to the right plugs. You made our trip memorable ❤️

40 came with grace, growth, and goddess energy 👑

Every chapter, every lesson, every tear built her.
Now she walks in rooms like she owns the sun and the sea.

And together, we journeyed to Zanzibar to celebrate —
bringing with us the vibes, the energy, the love, and the laughter that befit 40.

Happy birthday to my beautiful sister and friend, Dr. Ralu @raluberry 💖

Still reflecting and soaking in the moments from this past weekend…

This weekend, I had the honor of stepping on stage for my first-ever bodybuilding show at @summershreddingchampionship and it definitely won’t be my last.

It’s wild to think about… there was a time I didn’t even understand bodybuilding. I’d see clips of guys posing on stage, all oiled up, and be like “what even is this?” Never in a million years did I think I’d be one of them. But life has a funny way of surprising you.

First and foremost, all glory to God for molding me, strengthening me, and giving me the courage to chase this vision. Without Him, none of this is possible.

And to my coach @aribe.frank thank you. for believing in me, for handing me the blueprint, and guiding me with unwavering support and wisdom. You changed the game for me, and I’ll always be grateful.

And to my people… my friends who showed up, screamed my name, and reminded me why I started man, y’all don’t even know how much that meant. I felt that love deep.

We did it.

Despite the doubts, setbacks, and sacrifices we showed up and showed out. This was just the beginning. I’ve come a long way from where I started… but I’m nowhere near finished.

I’ll be back. Better. Bigger. Bolder.

Let’s keep rising. 💪🏾🔥
