You can do anything if you want it bad enough. I started training with Samvel, the coolest swim coach at @goldsgymarmenia 2 weeks before @savageofsevan. In couple of trainings I was able to swim 2km in the pool. It had been a very long time since I swam regularly and I did not even have a proper technique. With only 1 open water training on my belt, I managed to complete triathlon’s 1.5km swim but it was very challenging. As it’s very common I hear in the open water races I couldn’t regulate my breathing in the beginning, could have been because of my tight wetsuite pressing on my lungs or performance anxiety. Either way it was only at the final lap that my nervous system relaxed and I finally swam to finish 💪💪💪 I can’t imagine what would I have done without the couple of classes I took with Samvel. Thank you thank you!! I really loved training at @goldsgymarmenia pool and so happy we got to team up for my @savageofsevan adventure 💛🏊‍♀️ Cheers to the coolest videographer @roman_blizky for bringing the drone to the pool and the gopro underwater and the awesome @39editss for the edit
