POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Because here's what nobody tells high performers: the need to control everything isn't about excellence. It's about fear. Fear that if you're not directly involved, it'll fall apart. Fear that delegation means losing quality. Fear that trusting others means you're not as valuable.

But that's not leadership. That's burnout waiting to happen.

Real winning looks different now. It means:

Delegating to people I trust and actually letting them do it
Empowering my team instead of micromanaging them
Being okay with "good enough" when perfection isn't necessary
Giving people the grace to learn through the process
Understanding that if I have to touch everything, nothing scales

The executives who sustain success aren't the ones doing everything themselves. They're the ones who've learned to let go.

That's what I taught in Saturday's live event.

Missed it? Comment REPLAY and I'll send you the link.

Learn how to win without doing it all yourself.

Don’t be afraid to let your voice be heard. This is something that I’ve learned (and I’m continuously learning) how to express my voice and share my story – especially digitally 📲

Remember, it takes courage to be vulnerable and share your authentic self. But the rewards of sharing your voice are immeasurable. You’ll connect with others who resonate with your experiences, build a community of support, and gain the confidence to truly live your purpose 🔮

Share your passions, your dreams, your challenges, and your progress. Your story matters ✨

Photographing women shining their light and expressing themselves is one of the most heartwarming and inspiring experiences ✨🌸

What I love about photography is that you get to see the true version of people’s beauty. The camera, environment, and how you capture your perspective is a wonderful way of getting to know someone’s story on a deeper level. Every photo has meaning to it in different ways.

When I’m capturing photos of my clients, I love to create a safe space where they can shine their light and be their true self. I help them feel comfortable, encourage them, and explore their story through visual art.

The world of photography as an art form has helped me gain a deeper connection to all of my creative expressions 🌼💫

⭐ Positive Company Culture ⭐

1. Support & Trust - Trust is the building block for healthy relationships in the workplace. This can look like team members being trusted to make independent decisions and work from home.

2. Healthy Challenges - Employees should feel comfortable in taking healthy risks and tackling new challenges. That's where the growth happens! 🌱

3. DEI - "Diverse teams foster better employee engagement and productivity and they allow for better problem-solving abilities as varying perspectives often approach business challenges in a new way," according to Donnebra McClendon, Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Ceridian.

4. Honest Feedback - Growth comes from analyzing the past, making a plan for the future, and acting in the present. Feedback should be open, honest, and constructive in the workplace. 💬
