We recently completed this transformation at @_olympus.studio in Penrith, where the existing concrete sealer had failed, leaving the floor looking tired and worn. The goal for this project was to achieve a clean, classy finish that complements the space while providing a durable, easy to maintain surface for everyday use. And I think it’s safe to say we achieved just that! 👌 The key to a long lasting floor coating isn't just the product you use, it's the preparation of the surface. By removing the sealer through diamond grinding and opening up the slab, we create the correct profile needed for proper adhesion and prevent the new coating from flaking due to poor bonding. Once prepared we installed a tinted satin polyurethane system, delivering a smooth, refined finish with a subtle sheen that gives the entire space a fresh, modern look. The result is a floor that looks great while being practical for the day to day demands of the space. This project turned out beautiful, and we are proud to be a part of it.
