SIRENAS
March 21 · 2 PM

An immersive experience of embodiment, art, voice and sound healing.

The experience includes:

• Embodied Presence & Connection — simple somatic and relational practices to arrive in the present moment
• Art Therapy — playful exploration and expression beyond words
• Voice Therapy — reconnecting with the power of your own voice
• Sound Healing — a deep immersive journey into relaxation

Everything moves fast now.
We scroll. We swipe. We answer messages instantly.
One thing replaces another before we even notice.

Life often moves faster than our nervous system can keep up with.

SIRENAS is an invitation to slow down.
To return to the body, the voice, creativity and real human connection.

A moment to pause.
To slow down.
To feel something real again.

Walk away from men who bring out your survival instincts instead of your softness. Stay with those who help you be your most authentic self. ❦
