1/3 ART TRADE!!! @_dum_.dum_ —- this is the first art trade i did out of all 3. For the drawing i wanted to capture the scene where the doc lost his baby girl. Before i explain more, id like to apologise for any mistakes or left out designs that i might not notice and i hope you like it! im not as good as you for the background 😭😭 im sorry • For the drawing i took two main ideas from the lore , what i remember about them were that they couldnt see the light and the doc losing his daughter. I imagined them to be in a somewhere dark and trapped away from the bright sky. This scene might not be accurate of where they actually were but for my idea it was somewhere cave-like ? The doc carried his daughter wrapped in his scarf and tight to his chest for her comfort while finding a way to reach his daughter’s dream of seeing the sky again. Unfortunately, illness (as i remember?) was first to get his daughter right at the moment her dream almost became reality. Now he sat there in silence as the bright sky’s illuminate from the cracks of the cave’s end where they are but whats the use? Deep inside he knows his little one is gone yet the father couldnt bear the pain of it. My decision was to keep the daughter’s face in the dark whereas the light caught his face. Someone else’s dream reached him and not the one he wanted to give to. A failed attempt that only left him insane. The light that shines in his eye where he could only watch it for her, disassociated from her death and pretending its their moment to enjoy together. Yet tears that fell down his cheeks , a reminder that its all gone. . . . . #ocart #illustration

The 4th giveaway comission for @_dum_.dum_ is here! This one was surprisingly hard for me to do since I over fixated on the lineart and got burned out on the coloring. Fortunately, I managed to pull myself and finish all in 4th sitting. I am kinda starting to like the soft lighting spots tho, they definitely were a happy little accident for me)) #comissionart #ocart #didgitalart #characterdesign #moth
