The year is quickly filling up! Here’s where you can find me up until September!

Spending my summer with @theviragosisters performing with my absolute favourite traditional circus in Britain — @officialcirquoise!

For one night only, Billy and I will join @thenaughtynightshow for some very raunchy fun.

And then I switch gears and head to @tobaccofactorytheatres to preview 20 minutes of my original two woman show The Double Draw with @_duoartemis_ & @cripticarts

It’s nice to be home for a change performing, especially as the end of the year will once again take me abroad. Stay tuned for international dates.

Lovely time teaching a spiral private to @carolpalmacircus and @leclowser this afternoon at @mybodyrocksstudio. Got to improv a little bit to help build choreo foundation for the spirals stage debut with @cripticarts & #TheDoubleDraw at @tobaccofactorytheatres in September ❤️🏹

Girls are taught to be perfect, and boys are taught to be brave. Here’s to all the amazing female athletes I know, love, and work with.

Excited to be apart of @cripticarts Launchpad Cohort!!
.
My work explores the body as both material and language, questioning how physical extremes can hold emotional, political and narrative meaning. Our creative practice sits at the intersection of high-level circus skill and character-driven storytelling.
.
My contortion dance and physical theatre practice interrogates the limits of the body, combining choreographic structure with extreme physicality to generate new movement languages. I work with ground contortion as well as specialist apparatuses, including a one-of-a-kind spinning contortion cube and a unique mouthpiece archery skill, using contortion to explore vertiginous movement, freedom, tension, resistance and transformation.
.
My process centres on generating original physical vocabularies and integrating them with theatre as an interdisciplinary practice.
.
My solo work has been supported by Arts Council England, Jerwood Arts, Cirko Vertigo Italy and the National Centre for Circus Arts, and was a part of the CircusNext platform.

I am currently collaborating with @morganbarbour , a world-renowned performer and record holder. Our combined performance experience spans five continents, including appearances on America’s Got Talent, work with Harry Styles, A Magical Cirque Christmas, Kazakh State Circus, The Box, Giffords Circus, Coliseu Lisboa and The Roundhouse.
.
We will be working on developing our show “The Double Draw” with the support of the Launchpad program!

I started archery when I was 12, both as a hobby and as research for a project I was working on that featured at archer (I was a huge nerd as a kid as you can tell!) Shooting a bow, for me, was really like riding a bike — it’s a skill that’s stayed with me all my life, but because I’m not a contortionist and don’t perform a danger act it’s never been something I’ve incorporated into my work until now.

Enter The Double Draw by @_duoartemis_ for @princesscruisesentertainment! Finally a chance to shoot on stage (and in the air — even better!). Aerial archery was something I first saw performed by the incredible Anastasia Demidova years ago in Kazakhstan, and later saw it performed by bad ass women like @goaryn and @leileinoone. It’s been such a joy getting to tap into something I loved as a child and bring it into my practice.

Ever feel like you’re just chasing the next contract? Sometimes being a freelancer feels like that, and sometimes you find yourself on your final days of a contract rehearsing for the next show — like I am here, living my best emo teenage dream prepping for @princesscruisesentertainment next week with @_duoartemis_

Spinning away at @circusvegas_. We’re here. In Belfast until Sunday! Thanks @jaoxjaox for the lift!

@hannahfinn is a contortion foot archer.
@morganbarbour has done boring old hand archery for 22 years.

The solution to all our problems might not be shooting arrows at each other, but it’s always good to check.
