🏀 THE WORK YOU PUT IN WHEN NOBODY’S WATCHING SHOWS UP WHEN EVERYBODY IS! 💯

Ball handling. Shooting. Footwork. Repetition.

Development isn’t about doing flashy drills. It’s about mastering the fundamentals, building confidence, and being consistent every time you step on the court.

Every rep has a purpose. Every workout is an opportunity to get better. 📈

🔴 EVALUATE. DEVELOP. TRACK. IMPROVE.

GREAT BALL HANDLERS ARE BUILT, NOT BORN!

Before you start working on the flashy moves, MASTER THE BASICS!

This ball-handling warm-up is designed to develop:

🏀 Better ball control
⚡ Hand speed & coordination
💪 Stronger, more explosive dribbles
🔥 Rhythm & confidence
🧠 Better control under pressure

THE WARM-UP:

1️⃣ Right-Hand Pounds
2️⃣ Left-Hand Pounds
3️⃣ Crossovers
4️⃣ Pound Cross
5️⃣ Pound Tweens
