Did you manage to secure a pre order for any of the Zelda 40th Anniversary stuff? I managed to pre order the console but didn’t manage to get the pro controller. Not overly mad about that as I can pick it up in the future when scalpers calm their a$$es down. 👀 Honestly was a stressful day trying to get the console but I got lucky at 2am when a store got more stock 🥹🥰

I manifested, and we got Pikmin!

What did you think of the direct?

Where are my Pikmin fans? I was hoping in the Nintendo Direct we get a NEW Pikmin game but to have a Switch 2 Edition and a small extra is still good enough for me! 🌱

One wish, to have a white Nintendo Switch 2 console with Pikmin on the console! 🥹

Btw, this isn't even all my Pikmin stuff! 😅 I need to share more!

Whats your latest game finished?

Heres a new way to hold memories! Say hello to PicPak!

They’re ultra-thin, store up to 700 photos, and come in super cute colors. You can slap them on the fridge as a magnet, pop them on a desk stand, or take them anywhere using their little travel pouches. Oh and ONE YEAR Battery life!

I’m currently using one frame for game completions, another for dog updates , and a third for holiday memories.

Thank you so much to @picpak.official for gifting these! 📷

Use GAMER for 10% off too 💚

& Shake to wake compatibility for instant Switch console power on (How cool?!)

Oh and a cute little charging dock stand. Its so minimal and clean and smooth! 💚🤍

Whats your favourite Rhythm based game?

I have a serious love/hate relationship with rhythm games, mostly because I get completely obsessed with nailing the perfect run and frustrated when I get it not right. 😂 Nintendo has given us so many iconic ways to play over the years, from Donkey Konga to WarioWare.

Lately, I’ve been diving into Rhythm Paradise (huge thanks to @nintendouk for sending over a copy!). It is incredibly fun, but some of these stages are brutal. Swipe to see the exact one I absolutely despise right now haha. I won't rest until I get it right.

Anyways! Happy Monday! I hope you’re all getting into the groove for the start of the week. 🎼

What colour matches your mood today?

💡 Big light. Big difference.

I never realised how much my room was being held back by poor lighting until now.

@Nanoleaf kindly sent me their latest ceiling light to review, and it's completely changed the space. The room feels brighter, more open, and so much more enjoyable to spend time in.

Whether I'm creating content, working from home, or settling in for an evening gaming session, having bright, consistent lighting has made such a difference. No more gloomy afternoons or chasing natural light just to film or do flatlays 😂

A huge thank you to @Nanoleaf for sending this over. It's already become a part of my daily setup. 💚

The Gecko Gods is a stunning indie puzzle cosy adventure that’s all about pure, unhurried exploration. A Game to grab to get your Zelda fix until Ocarina 👀

Sail between these different beautiful islands, uncover ancient ruins, and enjoy a deeply relaxing soundtrack whilst tackling some puzzles in this gorgeous game.

Thanks to @superraregames for the Switch 2 Copy.

What games are you currently sinking your time into?

I’ve been spending a lot of time lounging out in handheld mode lately. I just finished up Yoshi & The Mysterious Book, and now I’m chipping away at Mario Tennis to unlock all the characters. I've also just started Coffee Talk Tokyo, and my god, it’s been so good. Cozy indie games and coffee, literally two of my absolute favourite things.

Speaking of lounging, I’ve been living in this new kit from @laggedoutclothing. It is incredibly lightweight and soft. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love an oversized fit, and these are absolutely perfect for just relaxing and gaming. Huge thanks to the team for sending these over!

What console started your Nintendo gaming journey?

For me, I played a bit of the SNES growing up, but was mainly a SEGA kid! My first Nintendo console was the N64 and a Game Boy Pocket.

After playing Super Mario 64, Pokemon Blue and Zelda: Link’s Awakening I was a Nintendo game CONVERT. I neeeded more. MORE!

What about you? What was your first Nintendo?
