Andrea Ranieri, aka Emeid, was born in Augsburg, Germany. In 1996 he moved to Ortona (Chieti) in Italy. He has always had a passion for drawing which he has expressed through the representation of figurative works on canvases, plywood panels worked in various ways, and graffiti that aim to convey a social message or rather his thoughts on what is happening. He has exhibited his main works at the "Palazzo Farnese" and at the "Zoo Art" event in Ortona, "Libreria K", "The Urban Box" and in various places in Pescara. He created the mural work of Gabriele D'Annunzio in memory of his 150th anniversary commissioned by the Municipality of Pescara.
In 2016 he won the technical prize in the "Contemporary Portraits" event at the Cascella Museum in Pescara and the first prize in the "RoccArt Beach" second edition, drawing with charcoal and chalk a rock on the beach of Rocca San Giovanni. He inaugurated his exhibition space in June 2015 in the Terravecchia area of Ortona and in July 2016 he promoted the event "ORME D'ARTE" in order to promote art in all its forms. He works constantly as a portraitist and is always looking for new ideas that he experiments with in his works.
