Beginning many years ago, Marcus and his wife Axi used to turn up backstage at many of my shows in Switzerland or Germany just to listen to my sets. As fellow foodies and ravers, over time they became part of my entourage in, and out of, the DJ booth; sharing many meals, incredible wine, conversations, music and the occasional after party together.

After a courageous battle with a rare form of cancer diagnosed just a year ago, I am very saddened to learn of his passing. Cancer seems to be ever more prevalent these days amongst my circle…life is fleeting and very fragile, hold your friends and loved ones close…

My heart goes out to Axi and their children. Rest in peace my friend, I will miss you 💔🙏🏻🥹

Sending a big sake kanpai to my dear friends @richiehawtin and @lk11111 on the grand re-opening weekend of their incredible premium sake bar / shop in Berlin. I had an opportunity to have a tasting of the ultra rare, and unique / diverse, selection they currently have a few weeks ago whilst in Berlin; thank you @oscar__casagrande for that epic tasting and can’t wait to be back 🙏🏻
