“Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened.”
This year was the most special year I've ever had. To help grow a program and really 'set the standard' was so special to do. This team and these girls have really helped to make my last season a one to remember. There isn't anyone else I would rather have for my senior season. I will forever be grateful for all the friendships volleyball has given me along the way. To my sweet teammates, I love you all so so much. Thank you for being such a big part of my senior year. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you all. I can never thank you enough!💓 I love you and goodbye volleyball, thank you for everything 🫶🏻 Photo by ashley jordan on November 06, 2024. It's no secret that our football and volleyball groups are tough yet rewarding training programs for all involved. What most never see however, are the different ways we challenge these athletes while providing them with opportunities to rise to the occasion. This past week included some of the hardest work we have done all summer. But you know what they say, "work hard, play hard"

Our annual EOS football and Volleyball Olympic games were the perfect way to prepare for testing week 🥇

If you want to be the best you have to do more than the rest.

Beach battles were fierce this week. All of our sports programs braved the sun and took advantage of our unique training resource - the sand. We jumped, sprinted, threw, and battled. Congrats to our Dirt Dawgs who won their class battles 💪

A lot of people have big league dreams with backyard work ethics. Don't surround yourself with people who applaud it, find those that challenge you 💪

Tell something to someone and they might forget, teach someone a lesson and they might remember, but involve someone in the process and they will LEARN.
