Using your hands to close the distance while defending and position yourself to let your hands do some work while disarming theirs.

Your new 2026 nsw state champion @isabellaviiolet... this mumma comes back after a child and gets the job done 🫡❤️✔️

Cold facts on illegal shots, they will happen.
And sadly are apart of the big KO highlights reels we see these days with not a person in site to pull it up.

Don’t get complacent, be effective with your movements to protect yourself from shots to the back of the head. 🥊

Great to be back with the Commonwealth Games Squad and some of Australia’s best talents.

Missing head coach @deanrobinson5697 and Team Captain @emma_suee @locky.lawson @alex.shaw_1 @paul_trainor3

These guys have just completed 5 days of Technical & Tactical training along with testing. But more importantly they re ignited the flame for the next mission, LA Olympics 2028.

Always a pleasure training with you weapons.
