GILBERT, WE FEEL THE LOVE. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the official opening of our doors in downtown Gilbert! We’ve been welcomed with so much love, and it means more than you know.

In a market full of choices, it feels really good to be appreciated for what makes Remedy different. We’re a locally owned boutique studio, not a chain. We believe in small group classes, highly skilled and comprehensively trained teachers, and access to all the Pilates apparatus. Most of all, we believe in creating a place where people feel seen, supported, challenged, and part of something special.

Gilbert, thank you for welcoming us into your community. We’re so happy to be here! 🫶🏼

A huge thank you to our amazing local vendors who popped up and celebrated with us:
☕️ @lightheartcoffee
✨ @phxsunless
🤍 @everydayesthetics
🌿 @thenowmassage
🍬 @islawellnessgummies
🍦 @nattyicecream

And thank you to The Food Nanny and The Great Gadsby for the delicious post-workout treats! You helped make the day even sweeter. 🤎

MOST OF ALL, OUR REMEDY TEACHERS. ❤️

You are the heart of this business. Thank you for showing up, sharing your knowledge, bringing your energy, and pouring your passion into every Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt class. You make Remedy what it is, and we couldn’t do this without you. Love you guys!

We’re just getting started, Gilbert. Let’s build something great together. ✨

XOXOX,
Remedy Pilates & Barre 🤍

I don’t have a video montage, but what I do have is this guy sitting by my side… He just went down the big ass slide at the hotel (first time he’s ever done something like that). I could look at all of the people I miss and be very glass half empty, but I choose to be glass half full. Happy Father’s Day to an incredible Dad! “bubba you can’t worry about things like that” “don’t be afraid” and most importantly “don’t burn bridges”

Body microneedling✨

Beautiful skin doesn’t need to stop at the face.

Whether you’re concerned with stretch marks, scars, cellulite, skin laxity, or uneven texture, body microneedling helps restore smoother, firmer, more radiant-looking skin from the inside out.

By stimulating your body’s natural collagen and elastin production, this treatment works to strengthen and rejuvenate the skin over time revealing a healthier, more refined appearance.

The glow-up:

✨ Smoother texture
✨ Firmer, tighter-looking skin
✨ Improved appearance of stretch marks and scars
✨ More even, youthful-looking skin

Because when you feel good in your skin, it shows.

Ready to love the skin you’re in?

💌 DM to book your consultation or learn if body microneedling is right for you

If you love living in a cookie-cutter HOA community…
with neighbors stacked on top of you…
traffic outside your window…
and somebody telling you what color your front door can be…

this property probably ain’t for you.

But if you appreciate small-town America…
Friday night lights…
true local restaurants and mom-and-pop shops…
peace and quiet…
space to breathe…
beautiful Arizona sunrises and sunsets…
panoramic mountain views…
and the feeling of having your own private sanctuary surrounded by farmland…

then you’re probably going to understand this property the second you pull into the driveway.

Tucked away on 1.4 acres in Buckeye, this completely reimagined tri-level home offers a lifestyle that’s getting harder and harder to find in Arizona.

Quiet mornings.
Open space.
Small-town living.
And room to actually enjoy life again! Comment EVERYTHING for more details
