Die Psyche lebt nicht isoliert im Kopf.
Ernährung, Darm & Stoffwechsel spielen eine größere Rolle als viele denken.

Pflanzlich heißt nicht ideologisch –
sondern: medizinisch relevant.

A man ran up to Socrates.
„Socrates, Socrates! Do you know what I just heard about one of your students?“

“Wait a moment,” said the philosopher. “Before you tell me about it, I want you to take a little test I call ‘the three sieves’.”

“The three sieves?”
„Yes. Before you say what you want to say, check it. The first sieve is the truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you want to tell me is true?“

“Uh, well, no ... I’ve actually only heard about it.”
🌀
„Good, so you don’t know if it’s true or not. Let’s move on to the second test. The sieve of goodness. Is what you’re about to tell me about my student a good thing?“

“No, on the contrary.”
🌀
“I see, so you want to tell me something bad about my student, even though you don’t know if it’s true.”
The man shrugged his shoulders. He now looked a little embarrassed.
Socrates continued: „Perhaps what you want to tell me passes the third test. The sieve of usefulness. Is what you want to tell me helpful to me?“

“Well ... no, not really.”
🌀
“If it’s neither true, nor good, or at least useful, why would you tell me at all?”
The man fell silent, he was ashamed and walked away. He had understood.
