Cambia forma.

Vittoria, Giorgia, Barbara, Cecilia

Tonight, we say goodbye, but not forever
There are places that are not just spaces.
They are shared time, attempts, voices, silences, hands that build, dismantle, imagine.

MovingLab in Giudecca has been this: an open, fragile, living laboratory, a place where ideas found a home, even if only for the time necessary to exist.

People, artworks, performances, questions have passed through here.
Here we made mistakes, learned, insisted.
Here we believed that art could be encounter, listening, possibility.

Today this space closes.
But what has happened here, in the images, in the joy, in listening, in bonds, in people, in music, will continue to move elsewhere.

Thank you, Giudecca.
Thank you to those who were here, even just once.
MovingLab does not end here.
It changes shape.

Ci vediamo domani 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Among other things, he cultivates a rather large vegetable garden, but unfortunately not enough to live on subsistence, so to compensate he works part time as a gardener, in the meantime he is finishing a degree in literature and in his free time, not so much, he goes to the mountains.

See you tomorrow 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

“We have been thinking for a long time about a way to unite Federico’s songs and Greta’s drawings. Moving Lab’s open call was for us a way to try to realize what we have long imagined.
While the songs will be played, the drawings will be projected live, inspired by the music, the city that hosts us and the world around us.”

A year ago today I was in Udine, Italy with my best friend playing my first ever solo set of original music♥️

This was as magical an entrance into sharing my music as I could ever imagine. On this night I met the most welcoming and fun team, the most interesting people, the kindest group of musicians and hosts, and an audience that opened up their hearts to my songs so effortlessly it still brings tears to my eyes to recall. A year later, most of Vega’s streams still come from Udine, Italy. Thank you, @sofarsoundsudine 💗 You will always have a special piece of me.
