This wellness experience was one of my favorites. I learned so much!

Shoutout to the women who shed a version of themselves and left with a more empowered sense of self.

And a huge thank you to this incredible human, whose Pilates will have you smiling, dancing and feeling ready to conquer the world. @greatmovejulie

I learned that the medicine and magic I offer comes with a journey.

A story. A beginning, middle and after.

I learned that the journey through holistic medicine is a happy ending.

Thank you @leisureproject.co for keeping us hydrated at your headquarters. The girlies love a good electrolyte drink after a somatic experience like this.

Are you ready for our next Pilates x sound bath event? Do you want to sign up to the waitlist?

Pilates is more than movement—it’s a journey. A release. A moment to reconnect with yourself and step into your power. ✨ Seeing my clients leave class smiling, moving with confidence, and feeling strong is why I do this. Thank you to everyone who shows up, trusts the process, and allows me to guide them through this work. Cause you and I both know — shit ain’t easy!!

Special thank you to @mindfulnesswithdesiree for Co-Hosting this magical event. Together, we made pure magic!!

📸 @justinelequeen — thank you for capturing the essence of our event. You were warm, attentive and got the BESSSST angles ❤️‍🔥🫶🏽

Special shoutout to my daughter Bella — BTS she was helping us run a smooth show.

Ready to experience it for yourself? Let’s move, let’s flow, let’s grow. #PilatesPeroMakeItHEALING 🫶🏽🔥

In honor of women’s month @greatmovejulie and I hosted a somatic healing workshop! She taught a bomb Pilates class that activated their strength and voice. Then I did a somatic group exercise which lead to our sound bath and journaling session.

As women, we often act as if everything is okay. Like we can do it all and take over the world. Well because we can. We are god’s gift to this planet. Also we need to remember to listen to our bodies and set boundaries so we don’t get taken advantage of or experience burnout.

To all the women that attended this event.
I see you. You did that! I know it was challenging but you can do hard things!

& to my favorite Pilates instructor @greatmovejulie - thank you for being such a dope co host! Te amo. Next pilares/sound bath event coming to you this June!

Shoutout to @leisureproject.co for keeping us hydrated and energized! Their beverage is yum yum yummmyy.

As well as @costura.lab for my original matching set. How cute is this!

I had the most magnificent time working on this magical short film for the 13th Nikon Film Festival! If you want to put a smile on your face, take a couple of minutes to watch, share, and vote for

“JEAN A LA 13EME PLACE”

and help us win! This year the theme was the (lucky) number 13, and the films could not exceed 2mins20.

I was so proud to get to be asked to work with this incredibly talented cast and crew:
@marie_rouhban, @juliette.p.poirier, @kevinkhun_ , @_fil0sofia, @constypowis, @zanyama_ , @tommy_wu777, Sooah Cho, and my wonderful love interest, @anton.nassif!
