And it’s a wrap !
It has been a year since I stopped using steroid medications, 6 months since I moved to Bangkok to receive CAP treatment and 4 days since I came back to France… and I feel AMAZING !
Coming to Thailand has been the best decision of my life and I am forever grateful for all the support I have received from all of you ❤️

Things have been up and down but my skin is has made huge progress and will keep improving in the future (if I am careful for the year to come).

Here is a glimpse of the “up” moments that I had with the amazing people that I met during my time.
Special Shoutout to my brother @jonaslmc who has been so supportive during the hard times… and of course my Finiiiii ❤️

Being away from my friends and family made me realise what a great bunch of people I am surrounded with and how much I miss them !

I can’t wait to be back playing music and hanging out in the cold and rainy Amsterdam weather 🚲🌧️

(Late) life update

It has been already three months that I moved to Thailand to receive CAP treatment for my TSW skin.
Let me tell you, things have not been easy !
I was improving quite well the 1st month of treatment until I caught a nasty fever that trigger a massive flare and infection all over my body. It was a “back to square one” type of situation where I couldn’t go outside and was in pain everyday.
For you to understand, CAP treatment boosts the healing rate of your skin while steroid creams suppress its activity. That’s why you have you have to be very careful about your environment and scratching because if you have to flare… you will flare !
Thankfully things have been much better this month, I could celebrate my birthday and enjoy swimming in the sea with my favorite chica 🌊 🌊
I hope to share more positive stories with you very soon.
