This Week’s RECAP ⤵️

I put my body through a few tests, passed all of them even though my body battery was depleted all week. My lady got us a nice couples massage for a reset. A great win.

Finally launched the beta version of the “Victory Frame - Mastering Performance” program, first week down, so much value and feedback from both sides. Can’t wait to add more value next week!

Went to church with close friends & learned some valuable lessons on taking ownership, responsibility for yourself, and focusing on standards and not expectations.

Productivity grade to self: B+

I hope you guys had an amazing week!!! I’m Excited for tomorrow and what this week has in store 🙏🏽

This week’s RECAP:

➡️ Had a great weekend in Atlanta with my FDNY Basketball Team bros, came in 2nd place out of 22 teams.

Amazing workouts, one being a great team workout 🙏🏽

Our baby shower was a great time, bringing some positive energy before the birth of my second son.

Great whole food (also a healthy cheat meal 😂) but overall, productivity for my individual tasks could’ve been better.

Tomorrow we start the week on another great note!
