“I also want readers to know that spirituality does not have a certain “look”. Some days, I let my locs flow, listen to soul music and meditate. Other days, I may throw on a wig, a Skulley, and blast Tupac half the day. You never know what you are going to get. Your life is what You decide it will be and look like.” - Kris Hall

Thank you @voyageatl for this feature and allowing me to share a little bit more about myself in the process!

It’s time to align with things that are deserving of your time and energy so you can heal.

I would like to introduce you to my ShadowWork Book! This journal gives you a list of questions to write out, think about, answer, address and ultimately heal so that your shadow self does not interfere with the life you want to live.

Welcome to the “finding your purpose” starter pack. In order to complete the purchase of finding your purpose, you will need the following:

• A life altering event - such as a degenerative disc diagnosis at age 26 ( I was in pain everyday for two years before having surgery at 28)

• Faith the size of a mustard seed

• The Audacity - because everyone will doubt you

• The will to be happy by any means necessary

• And coconut water, because life is too short to be dehydrated 😌

Yesterday, during my IG live with @thebrosfresh from @tankproof we discussed what motivated me to create #Afroswimmers .

The answer was simple, I told them it was my #pain that produced my #purpose 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽

This is my neck.
This is my story.
This is my business.

And my purpose and I are just getting started.

I am a BLACK WOMAN... I am a child of God, a working Wife, Mom, Daughter, Sister, Granddaughter, Niece, Cousin, and Friend. I build, I don’t tear down other BLACK WOMEN. I have felt the pain of being torn down, ridiculed, and left out and I have decided I will be deliberate about building and uplifting others. Too often us women find it easier to criticize each other instead of building each other up. We have to be examples for our Black Daughters. With all the negativity going on around us, let’s do something positive. If I didn’t tag you, please don’t be offended. I tried to pick those I knew would accept the challenge. Copy this caption and then upload one picture of you only. Tag as many sisters to do the same. Let’s uplift one another!!!! That is for tagging me @queen_gibbs ❤️#blacklivesmatter #blackisbeautiful #blackwomen #blackexcellence #blackqueen #blackwoman #blackpeople #girlplusgod #blackgirlsrock

CLIENT WINS✨🎉⠀
⠀
Recognizing clients transformations is HOW we show support & hold them accountable!
⠀
I received a text from @_finessed a couple weeks ago saying that she passed her NASM cert! I am so proud of her! Not only was I able to educate her on what workouts was best for her body, but I was happy to know I motivated her to want to help other people too❤️THATS A WIN👏🏽👏🏽I trained kris for 6 months last year and this is what she had to say about her lifestyle transformation.⠀
✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨⠀
Kris: ⠀
I trained with Tiyanna for about 6 months. She helped me get in better shape, with nutrition and proper form. She also answered a million of my health questions every season. Not only was Ty a joy to train with, she's a ball of positive energy and that made it soooo much easier to show up to training sessions.⠀
