This week we're looking at parkour vision! Parkour Vision is the driving force behind our movement! Having the ability to look at the world differently in a way that only you can & then use that to train your body makes you different from every other person on the planet

I tend to forget the wall tricks are my favorite until I’m working them. Having friends who also like to jump on (and off of) walls helps you get better faster.🧇💕 #fliptober #parkour #tricking #friends #breakfast

After some necessary down time from the gym, coaching and parkour in general, H has started moving again! The joy and power in his movement was back and beautiful to witness! 🥲 H has had some struggles this year, but he’s getting better! ❤️‍🩹 There’s nothing like the city walls and concrete, where all Intent athletes find their foundation and passion. #movewithintent #thestruggleisreal #inhimwemove #morethanparkour

When an idea goes from a joke to “Wait, that could work!” Is a pretty good representation of my parkour brain works. If you’ve ever trained with me, you know what I mean💁‍♂️💕 #fliptober #parkour #tricking #cincyjam #garage

Speed course for @cincy.jam 🏃‍♂️
@nen.pk & @sethjumps put together a great course! And had a great time tweaking the tech to get a good route. Favorite part so far of the jam!

Didn’t land the sideflip off the mat today, but did get more practice! So instead, E and I tagged team on a bar flip. :)

Theme of the Month: Fliptober
Character Trait: Self-Confidence
Skill Focus: Vaults, Jumps, & Walls

This week at the Flow Space we're working on our Self-Confidence! Some parkour skills can be intimidating! Things like big jumps or flips require you to be confident in your abilities & sometimes having that confidence is the only thing standing in your way!
